Experienced Mortgage Broker – Melbourne                           

 

Acceptance Finance is preparing for our next intake of Mortgage Brokers providing an opportunity to commence or build your business within a well-established and successful mortgage broking firm.

Acceptance Finance is one of the top 20 brokerages in Australia but still small enough to give our clients personalised care and service.  Our company prides itself on its high ethics, morals and exceptional customer service standards.

Our Sales Manager is looking for unique and determined individuals, who are both professional, personable and will be exceptional at generating leads through further developing strong existing relationships with our Referral Partners.

 

Details of this opportunity are listed below:-

  • Based in our Balwyn (Vic) office working alongside our experienced in house team of Mortgage Brokers
  • Introduction to our network of Referral Partners mostly consisting of Financial Planners, Financial Planning Dealer Groups, Accountants and Real Estate Agents for lead generation
  • Uncapped share of upfront Commission that will see the right applicant with OTE of $90k to $120k p.a. or more
  • Uncapped share of Trail Commission
  • No expectation for nights or weekend work
  • Loan administration support provided
  • Aggregator and ACL fees all included in our offering
  • Office infrastructure provided (desk, stationery, office telephone)
  • Family orientated culture

 

Applicants will ideally have the following qualities:-

  • Experience as a loan writer either within a bank or as a Mortgage Broker
  • Sound credit, product and technical knowledge in the residential lending arena
  • Commercial and business lending experience preferred but not essential
  • Computer competency in Microsoft Word essential and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Be able to build relationships and loyalty with clients, guiding them from enquiry to application through to settlement
  • The right ethics and morals to put the customers interest first
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and also be able to work unsupervised
  • A starting client base is preferred but not essential
  • FBAA or MFAA membership essential
